Kendrick Recruitment is on the hunt for a Housekeeping & Maintenance Administrator to join a prestigious luxury hotel in Cape Town. This is the perfect role for a highly organised, detail-oriented individual who loves keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes while supporting world-class guest experiences.
? What youll be doing:
* Coordinating housekeeping and maintenance schedules for seamless operations
* Assisting with stock control, ordering supplies, and tracking inventory
* Handling maintenance requests and ensuring timely resolution
* Supporting the housekeeping team with admin, documentation, and reporting
* Liaising with multiple departments to keep everything on track
* Upholding health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the property
* Providing general administrative support to management as needed
? What were looking for:
* Previous admin experience in housekeeping, maintenance, or hospitality (luxury environment a bonus!)
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* High attention to detail with a proactive approach
* Computer literacy (MS Office essential)
* Ability to work independently and under pressure
* Valid South African drivers licence and own vehicle (essential)
