* Coordinating with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

* Maintaining up-to-date records and reports for management review

* Promoting the hotels offerings and ensuring guests receive a luxury experience from the start

* Previous experience in reservations, front office, or hospitality roles (luxury environment preferred)

* Professional appearance and a warm, service-oriented personality

* Confident using reservation and hotel management systems

* Valid South African drivers licence and own vehicle (essential)
