This role involves handling inquiries, preparing quotes, managing availability, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, properties, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is organized, enjoys problem-solving, and has a passion for delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle group booking inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms
• Prepare accurate quotes and group booking proposals
• Coordinate with properties to confirm availability and special requirements
• Maintain up-to-date records in reservation systems
• Build strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and tour operators
• Support revenue goals through efficient booking management and upselling where applicable

Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality or travel industry reservations (group bookings preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office
• Customer-centric approach with a problem-solving mindset
