This is a dynamic internal sales support role for a tech-savvy administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. You’ll work closely with sales teams, suppliers, and customers to drive accuracy and efficiency in every transaction.

What Youll Do

• Support internal sales operations and order processing

• Track orders from supplier through to final delivery

• Prepare and upload files daily, manage quotes and documentation

• Handle overflow support in the sales department as needed

• Assist with customer queries and resolve supply issues

• Generate reports, memos, and spreadsheets for management

• Maintain admin, filing, and general support for the sales team

• Provide timely and accurate weekly pipeline reports

What You Bring

• Matric (essential)

• Strong IT product knowledge (e.g. Dell, HP, VMware)

• e-Commerce experience (non-negotiable)

• Excellent communication and admin skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel

• Strong time management, planning, and detail orientation

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
