Job Description Our client is seeking an experienced Claims and Policy Administrator to join our professional and expanding team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining our high service standards and ensuring the smooth handling of commercial short-term insurance claims and policy administration particularly within the motor and heavy commercial vehicle (HCV) segment. The position will be office-based in Hilton, KwaZulu-Natal for the initial 36 month training period. Thereafter, you will have the flexibility to work remotely or from the office, depending on your preference and performance. Qualifications N/A Skills At least 2 years experience in short-term commercial lines insurance, focusing on claims and/or policy administration (claims experience is essential). Experience in motor or heavy commercial vehicle (HCV) claims highly advantageous. Ideally gained experience within an insurer or underwriting management agency, rather than a brokerage. Excellent communication skills written and verbal. Strong Microsoft Excel and Office 365 proficiency. High level of attention to detail, process discipline, and ownership of tasks. Customer serviceoriented with a proactive, self-motivated approach. Must be process-driven and able to work independently. Experience using Cardinal C360 system. Familiarity with MS365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook). RE5 qualification (or willingness to obtain and maintain representative status).
