What Youll Do: Design compelling digital experiences across web and mobile platforms Create intuitive, user-centered UI designs and iterate based on user feedback and business goals Develop engaging visual assets for paid media campaigns, CRM channels (emails, banners, etc.), and social media advertising Collaborate closely with developers to ensure your designs come to life exactly as envisioned Translate brand guidelines into fresh visual concepts across multiple digital touchpoints Contribute to brainstorming and strategy sessions with marketing, product, and development teams What Were Looking For: Experience: 3 years of experience in a graphic design or UI/UX design role Proven experience in digital-first design environments Track record of creating high-quality designs for both web and mobile interfaces Experience in designing for social media ads , paid campaigns, and CRM content Knowledge & Skills: Deep understanding of design principles composition, layout, color theory, and typography Strong grasp of UI/UX principles , wireframing, and prototyping Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Familiarity with responsive and accessible design best practices Understanding of web technologies and ability to communicate effectively with developers Experience working collaboratively with development teams to ensure design fidelity Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus Education: Matric (Grade 12) Degree or diploma in Graphic Design , UI/UX Design , Visual Communication , or a related field What Youll Bring: A strong design portfolio showcasing UI/UX work, digital campaigns, and social media ads The ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a collaborative environment High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving A passion for user-centered design and delivering pixel-perfect assets Ready to design the future with us?
