• Perform accurate diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on VW and Audi vehicles using dealership-approved tools and equipment.
• Follow manufacturer guidelines and service schedules to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve complex mechanical and electronic issues efficiently.
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation of all work performed.
• Collaborate with service advisors, parts departments, and other technicians to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Diagnostic certification for VW and/or Audi vehicles is mandatory.
• Proven experience working in a dealership environment, specifically with VW and Audi vehicles.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license.
