The DMS (Dealer Management System) Solution Expert Finance is responsible for providing functional expertise, second-line support, user training, and solution enhancements for the Finance modules of the Keyloop Autoline system. This individual supports multiple business units across the automotive group, ensuring the DMS solution aligns with business requirements and industry best practices. The role also contributes to new implementations, system analysis, continuous improvement initiatives, and knowledge transfer within the organization.
Key Responsibilities: System Support & Analysis

Provide 2nd level support for the Keyloop Autoline Drive IA / Rev8 Hosted DMS, with a focus on Finance modules.

Investigate, analyze, and resolve user-reported issues, escalating to Keyloop Development where required.

Collaborate with 1st level application support and other IT functions to ensure a seamless user experience.

Use analytical skills to identify root causes, recommend solutions, and prevent recurring issues.
Training & Knowledge Transfer

Deliver user training and support documentation for Finance DMS modules.

Mentor and upskill 1st level support teams to enhance internal capability.

Proactively acquire and disseminate knowledge of Keyloop systems, processes, and updates.
Service Management

Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests using the appropriate call logging tools.

Maintain clear, up-to-date records of actions taken and resolutions provided.

Ensure calls are resolved efficiently and in line with established SLAs.

Provide regular status updates to users and escalate complaints appropriately.
Continuous Improvement & Projects

Contribute to system implementation, upgrades, and configuration tasks.

Identify opportunities to improve DMS usage, processes, and support procedures.

Participate in cross-functional projects or initiatives as assigned by the DMS Solution Manager.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Engage with internal business units to understand requirements and offer DMS-driven solutions.

Work with IT verticals and external vendors to resolve issues and implement enhancements.

Maintain a customer-centric approach while handling escalations and complex cases.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Systems, or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years experience supporting or implementing Dealer Management Systems (Keyloop/Autoline highly preferred).

Strong understanding of automotive finance processes and system flows.
-
Proven experience in user support, system configuration, and application training.

Previous experience working in a multi-brand automotive environment is advantageous.
