Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Advisor – Cape Town (12-Month FTC) Our client is seeking a Recruiter to join their Cape Town office for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You’ll be part of a collaborative global HR team, focusing on recruitment for EPCM, engineering, and related business areas. What you’ll do: End-to-end recruitment, from job ads to interviews and offer management. Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and deliver effective talent solutions. Use ATS CRM technology (LiveHire) to engage, track, and hire top talent. Support employer branding, social media recruitment, career fairs, and university events. Advise leadership on hiring strategies and candidate experience improvements. What we’re looking for: Experience in agency or in-house recruitment (technical/engineering experience preferred but not essential). Passion for candidate care and helping people advance their careers. Strong relationship-building skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. Enthusiasm for working with modern recruitment technology.
