Job Description
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and drivers professionally.
- Answer and direct calls and emails promptly.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Receive and log incoming parcels accurately.
- Liaise with dispatch and operations teams efficiently.
- Handle administrative tasks and data entry.
- Support meeting schedules and office operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
- Provide flexible support to management and departments.
Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 essential.
- Minimum 2 years’ receptionist or admin experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Punctual, reliable, and well-presented.
