Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Advisor Cape Town (12-Month FTC)

Our client is seeking a Recruiter to join their Cape Town office for a 12-month fixed-term contract. Youll be part of a collaborative global HR team, focusing on recruitment for EPCM, engineering, and related business areas.

What youll do:

• End-to-end recruitment, from job ads to interviews and offer management.

• Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and deliver effective talent solutions.

• Use ATS + CRM technology (LiveHire) to engage, track, and hire top talent.

• Support employer branding, social media recruitment, career fairs, and university events.

• Advise leadership on hiring strategies and candidate experience improvements.

What were looking for:

• Experience in agency or in-house recruitment (technical/engineering experience preferred but not essential).

• Passion for candidate care and helping people advance their careers.

• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
