The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, working closely with two F&B Supervisors to ensure every guest’s dining experience is exceptional. The position requires a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who can seamlessly manage F&B administration and procurement while maintaining a focus on cost-effectiveness and a high standard of quality.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years’ of experience in a managerial or supervisory role. 
• Presentable and excellent communication skills, as you will be hosting guests when required
• Demonstrate leadership skills and foster teamwork.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Deadline driven.
• Must be computer literate with previous experience with a lodge PMS software (Opera)
• Must be proficient in Excel (including formulas for stock sheets).
• Can work accurately under pressure.

This is a live-in role.
