Employer Description Luxury lodge in the Greater Kruger Park Job Description A well-established Big 5 lodge is seeking a Senior Field Guide/Head Maintenance with strong leadership and hands-on maintenance experience to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Lead guided game drives and bush walks Engage guests with storytelling and bush interpretation Supervise and support the maintenance team Oversee upkeep of gardens, solar systems, water systems, pools, geysers, WIFI and general building/premises Ensure smooth day-to-day lodge operations and guest satisfaction Interact confidently with children and families Qualifications NQF4 Field Guide qualification Minimum 5 years guiding experience in a Big 5 area Valid PDP and First Aid certificate Rifle competency (own rifle would be ideal) Skills Strong general bush knowledge Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Hands-on experience in general maintenance and gardening Team leadership and problem-solving ability Reliable; proactive and guest-focused Benefits Accommodation Meal Allowance Uniform
