Job Description

Qualifications:

Degree in Human Resources

Minimum requirements:

Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
Full understanding of HR functions
Good understanding of all the appropriate Acts (LRA, BCEA, OSHA, COID, EEA)
Computer literate (MS Office)
Maintain confidentiality, tact, and discretion when handling sensitive data
Advanced excel skills
Good interpersonal skills
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Exhibit strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
Own Transport

Key Performance Areas:

Responsible and accountable for the full HR function.
Management of daily HR related queries
Payroll
Responsible for recruitment, selection and placement of staff
Managing and conducting disciplinary hearings in line with the company’s disciplinary code of conduct
Administrating and maintaining HR policies
Training and development of staff
Performance appraisals & staff evaluations
