West Rand: Used Car Recon Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Inspect and assess pre-owned vehicles to identify reconditioning needs. Perform mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic repairs according to OEM and dealer specifications. Coordinate with workshop, parts, and detailing teams to ensure efficient reconditioning. Ensure vehicles meet quality, safety, and aesthetic standards before sale. Maintain accurate records of all reconditioning work performed. Recommend improvements in reconditioning processes and standards. Assist in training junior reconditioning staff where applicable. Requirements: Proven experience in vehicle reconditioning, detailing, or workshop operations. Strong knowledge of OEM standards and dealership specifications. Hands-on technical skills in vehicle mechanics, electrical, and cosmetic repairs. Excellent attention to detail and quality standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational and time-management skill
