Johannesburg: Receptionist / Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities: Manage front-of-house reception, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls. Maintain a professional, tidy reception and office environment. Provide administrative support to contracts and field service teams, including compiling Safety Files and maintaining complete job documentation. Handle clocking/attendance administration, meeting coordination, stationery and general office management. Support document control, filing, and preparation of pre-job and close-out packs. Assist with office maintenance, stock management and general admin tasks. Requirements: Matric / Grade 12; Certificate/Diploma in Office Administration, Business Admin, or similar. 2 5 years of reception/office administration experience in a technical or field-service environment. Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams/SharePoint). Strong organizational, communication and customer-service skills. Knowledge of clocking systems, payroll administration and HSE/Safety compliance is advantageous. Fluent in English; Afrikaans beneficial. Why Join Us?
