Requirements:

• Relevant qualification (degree or equivalent) and/or experience in content creation and editing.
• Extensive experience with content creation for, Websites, Intranets, Social media platforms, Google, YouTube.
• Experience using content management systems (e.g., Paperflite).
• Proficiency in content writing and editing for readability.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders of varying technical knowledge.
• Confidence in working independently and making content decisions.
• Flexible to work on short notice, weekends, and in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with high-performance teams and digital workflows.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Develop and implement creative and content strategy.
• Deliver various content design projects.
• Engage in continuous content improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with:
• Group Head of Marketing
• Social Media Manager
• Wider Marketing Team
• Ensure alignment with web, technology, and user behaviour trends.
• Focus on data-driven decisions and prioritize OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
