Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales and demand creation across multiple customer tiers
• Build and manage a dynamic pipeline of projects with accurate forecasting
• Identify new market opportunities and drive brand specification with architects, project managers, engineers, and corporate clients
• Provide technical advice, conduct product trials, and resolve application challenges
• Deliver training and support to clients to enhance product adoption and satisfaction
• Collaborate closely with internal teams on forecasting, planning, and pricing strategies

Requirements & Experience

• Minimum 7 years of external field sales experience in the vinyl, graphics, or signage industry
• Strong understanding of digital print media, reflective products, and application specifications
• Proven track record in managing distributor and converter relationships
• Solid grasp of tender processes and corporate project execution
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce ideal)
