Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Science or Engineering.
• 5+ years experience with hydro plant machinery.
• Strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering.

Ideal Extras

• Masters degree or MBA (advantageous).
• Experience in Non-Destructive Testing/Quality Assurance.
• Proven ability to deliver technical service and customer support.

• Expertise in manufacturing, field service, and commissioning.

Job Description Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Serve as Product & Process Specialist for hydro plant machinery.

• Provide immediate technical support to customers, suppliers, and sales teams.

Project & Product Development

• Lead application development, product design, and new product introductions.

• Identify and develop new product opportunities.

• Manage project milestones and deliverables.

Customer & Supplier Relations

• Build and maintain strong customer, supplier, and vendor relationships.

• Organise transfer meetings with sales, project management, and customers.

Field Service & Maintenance

• Conduct on-site assessments, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

• Support sales proposals and opportunity management.

General

• Participate in company committees and initiatives.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Travel internationally up to 70% of the time.
