Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies.
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best mix of cost, quality, and delivery.
- Oversee import/export logistics, customs, and freight forwarding.
- Align production planning with sales forecasts and material availability.
- Manage inventory accuracy, stock levels, and wastage.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure ISO and health & safety compliance.
- Lead a capable team and collaborate closely with sales, design, and production.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- A Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Project Management.
- 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, or planning.
- 4+ years in team leadership.
- Strong ERP and Excel skills.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, imports/exports, and freight processes.
