Skills & Experience

• At least 10 years in B2B technology or SaaS sales, ideally with international exposure.
• Strong history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proven ability to close large, complex enterprise deals.
• Experience leading and motivating high-performance teams.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of ERP, eCommerce platforms, or integration technologies is a plus.
• Comfortable with both inbound and outbound sales strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Take full ownership of sales and revenue growth.
• Identify and win enterprise-level accounts through proactive engagement.
• Build, manage, and report on a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
• Create and refine scalable sales frameworks and processes.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.

Marketing & Positioning

• Oversee marketing strategy and execution in partnership with the Marketing Manager.
• Align campaigns to support growth objectives and customer acquisition.

Strategy & Financials

• Collaborate with the CEO to set annual sales and marketing targets and budgets.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates on performance and progress.
• Contribute to broader business planning and decision-making.

Collaboration & Market Insights

• Work closely with technical and customer-facing teams to ensure solutions meet client needs.
• Keep a close eye on competitor activity and industry trends, adjusting strategies accordingly.
