Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial strategy, governance, and performance management to drive business growth.

• Champion robust financial controls, risk management, and compliance while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• CA(SA) qualification (essential); MBA/CFA advantageous.
• 10–15 years’ senior finance leadership experience, including at least 1.5 years at Financial Director or CFO level in a high-growth or complex business.
• Proven expertise in financial reporting, capital structuring, ERP systems, modelling, and risk management.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate financial insights into business strategy.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
