Successful incumbent will have a completed B.Com (Accounting or similar) or a National Diploma in Accounting, coupled with 3-5 years Operations Financial Management experience within a Retail concern.  In-depth knowledge of accounting, structures and reports ie. income statements, prepare, analyze and ensure adherence to budget, debtors, age analysis, creditors, recons, GL, cashbook, COS recon, stock takes, GL replies, debtors follow-ups, resolving of CRS recon queries, cash-ups, invoicing, receiving cash, DRS account rules and more!  Proven management experience and own transport / valid drivers license essential due to store visits in the region.  Computer literacy on SAGE, SAGE X3, SAGE People, Sharepoint with solid Excel skills essential.  Good IFRS knowledge, relevant VAT rules and Labour Legislation (BCEA).  Opportunities for further growth in the organisation.
