Proficiency in the PaySpace payroll system. Experience working within the manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of time and attendance/clocking systems. Ability to manage payroll for large teams (100 employees). High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. Strong organizational and communication skills. DUTIES: Process end-to-end payroll using PaySpace. Manage payroll data for 100 employees. Administer and reconcile clocking/attendance systems. Pull batches from the clock-in system and integrate them into PaySpace. Ensure compliance with company policies, tax legislation, and statutory requirements. Maintain accurate employee payroll records. Assist with payroll-related queries from staff and management. Support HR and finance teams with payroll reporting as required. HOURS: Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30 Friday: 08:00 13:00 with the potential to work from home
