Position Summary:We are looking for a talented and passionate Junior Pastry Chef to join our patisserie team. The ideal candidate has a love for baking, desserts, and creative pastry processes, and is eager to learn while maintaining professional standards under the guidance of the Head Pastry Chef.Responsibilities:Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and presenting pastries, cookies, tarts, and other desserts.Follow recipes and standard procedures carefully to ensure consistent quality.Assist with decorating and aesthetically presenting pastries and desserts.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the patisserie and kitchen areas.Manage and organize pastry inventory and ingredient orders.Adhere to food safety and health regulations at all times.Participate in creative development of new baked goods and dessert items.Requirements:Basic experience in patisserie or kitchen work.Passion for baking with attention to detail.Ability to work well in a team and learn from senior chefs.Creativity and an eye for aesthetic presentation.Willingness to work flexible hours (early mornings and weekends).
