About the Role

Hire Resolve is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Representative based in Cape Town. In this dual role, you will be responsible for driving sales and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and promote our services. Your expertise in both sales and marketing will be vital in building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction in the Renewable Energy Industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Doing regular site-visits and engaging with potential and existing clients, with the aim to increase sales and nurture long term relationship
  • Initiating and sourcing content for regular social media and blog posts
  • Working with our team to set up and maintain a useful client database
  • Regular Courtesy calls to existing clients and cold-calls to potential clients
  • Setting up potential client introduction meetings and events with senior staff
  • Supporting our engineering experts in closing sales and managing client satisfaction
  • Setting up sales goals and reporting on them regularly to senior staff
  • Initiating and executing new marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms preferred
  • Ability to analyze market data and derive actionable insights
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel
