East London: Cycle Counter

Job Responsibilities: Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity. Maintain product identification and location program. Research inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them. Responsible for completing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits and Stock Adjustments, for authorization and approval. Track and report non-conforming product. Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner. Document damaged product. Job Requirements: Matric or Higher Certificate/Diploma in Inventory & Stores will be advantageous 3-5 Years Experience in an Automotive environment and relevant warehouse experience within the last 5 years Experience with Cycle counting/inventory Valid Forklift License Good computer skills MS Word; MS Excel and Email, WMS and BAAN experience will be advantageous Co-ordinate Engineering Change Dates and parts with Material Planners Strong time management skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in a demanding environment Excellent administrative skills Ability to handle pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good analytical ability Quick learner and passionate Strong organization skills Good attention to detail
