Key Responsibilities: Recording financial transactions such as sales, purchases, receipts, and payments accurately and promptly. Maintaining and balancing ledgers and journals to ensure up-to-date financial records. Reconciling bank statements to verify and correct discrepancies. Processing invoices and payments for customers and suppliers. Managing accounts payable and receivable to track incoming and outgoing funds. Preparing financial reports like profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow summaries. Assisting with payroll processing and related record keeping. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Supporting auditors during financial audits by providing accurate records and explanations.
