Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of pre-owned or new vehicles, consistently achieving monthly unit targets.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and handle all enquiries professionally.
- Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry and test drives through to finance approval and vehicle delivery.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to support sales performance.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with dealership policies, systems, and standards.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in vehicle sales with a strong record of performance.
- Proven sales records.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to perform in a high-volume, results-driven sales environment.
