Rooinek Boerdery, a citrus producer in Patensie, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time position in a dynamic, high-pressure environment especially during the busy citrus season (March – September).Key Responsibilities:Support and prepare for BRC, Global Gap, SIZA and other compliance audits.Ensure adherence to health and safety and government regulations (DAFF/DALRRD requirements).Manage and capture data, stock control, and logisticsAssist with Paltrack fruit export documentation.Handle bookkeeping tasks including orders, invoicing, and payment allocations.Support payroll/ HR functions.Oversee freight management and assist with operational Requirements:Previous experience in a citrus packhouse environment highly beneficial.Computer literacy (MS Office & relevant software).Fluent in Afrikaans and English (written &spoken)Able to work accurately and stay organized under tight deadlines and seasonal pressureSelf-motivated, eager to learn, and a strong team player.What to expect:This role demands resilience, adaptability, and attention to detail.
