Gauteng: Payroll Administrator (Sage 300) posted by Network Finance

Key Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Human Resources, or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ payroll processing experience
• Sage 300 (Sage VIP People) certification essential
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Sound knowledge of labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, and PAYE/SARS)
• Strong numeracy, communication, and time management skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to meet strict deadlines

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing across the business
• Apply for tax directives and handle statutory submissions (PAYE, UIF, SDL)
• Prepare IRP5/EMP501 reconciliations and complete year-end submissions via EasyFile
• Handle garnishees, maintenance orders, and payroll-related employee queries
• Administer medical aid, provident, and funeral funds
• Capture and maintain employee data for engagements, terminations, transfers, and promotions
• Reconcile third-party payments (medical aid, provident, MIBCO etc.)
• Ensure accurate and timely statutory returns and payments
