Hoedspruit: Camp Coordinator

Minimum requirements: Matric Certificate (tertiary qualification advantageous) 5 years experience in the safari, lodge, or hospitality industry Excellent interpersonal skills with both staff and students Strong organisational, logistical, and administrative skills Computer literacy (MS Office proficiency essential) Valid drivers license Strong professional track record with contactable references Key Responsibilities: Ensure understanding and compliance with Concessions and Reserve Rules and Regulations, including signed Code of Conduct forms from instructors, students, and visitors Manage all official communication in camp (camp phone and e-mails) Oversee pre-course preparation: course listings, paperwork, welcome letters, room allocation, food orders, and menu planning Handle guest arrivals, feedback forms, stock control, and cash management Manage camp and guest administration, including processing, invoicing, filing, and paperwork Supervise housekeeping and kitchen staff Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including insurance, health, and safety standards Consultant: Lynette Wolmarans – Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
