Nelspruit: Workshop Foreman

Minimum requirements: Recognised trade qualification in Turning / Fitting and Turning Minimum 10 years experience in a similar workshop leadership role Strong background in machine maintenance and stock control Safety Inspector experience with solid knowledge of workshop safety regulations Skilled in fitting, turning, milling, drilling, welding, and grinding Proven ability to quote accurately on projects and jobs (essential) Quality Control (QC) experience, ensuring high standards on all work Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily workshop operations Maintain and service all machinery and equipment Enforce and maintain safety standards in compliance with regulations Manage stock levels, materials, and consumables Oversee all machining, fabrication, and repair work Conduct quality checks on completed work Prepare accurate project and job quotations Lead, train, and motivate workshop staff Consultant: Lynette Wolmarans – Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
