Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing front desk operations during night shifts
• Processing and reconciling daily financial transactions
• Preparing and distributing night audit reports
• Handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
• Monitoring hotel security and safety procedures
• Assisting with reservations and guest requests
• Ensuring accurate recordkeeping and data entry

Requirements:

• Previous experience in front office or accounting roles preferred
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in property management systems and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and remain attentive during night hours
