Manage the performance and development of direct reports. Experience and Qualifications: A degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, or a related field. At least 7 years of relevant working experience in the life insurance or reinsurance industry. Extensive knowledge of reinsurance arrangements, including treaty and facultative, and structures like quota share and excess of loss. Strong analytical, financial, and actuarial modeling skills.
