Job Description
Matric with relevant qualifications
Previous Experience in a Receptionist or Admin role
Excellent administration and customer service skills
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Own Transport available
Responsibilities:
Manage daily counter sales
Reconciliation of the daily sales
Manage and arrange courier service
Customer Enquiries
Answering telephone and diverting phone calls to correct person
Daily filing of Customer Invoice and Signed POD’s
Manage employee files (Make sure all documents are filed timeously)
Set up all employment contracts for management to issue
Manage and order Stationery
Process COD invoices for over the counter sales (walk in customers)
Manage IOD (Injury on duty) cases – submit and make sure paperwork is in order. Follow through with process until completed
Manage Petty Cash
Process Weekly Casual wages
Clocking system – access control. Add new employees, verify actual clocking to timesheets on a weekly basis
Count weekly customer COD money with Debtors clerk
Do office shopping (cleaning / groceries)
Manage Foreigners databasis – ensure new paperwork is up to date on file
