• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
• Process orders, invoices and delivery notes
• Maintain accurate records and support sales reporting
• Assist with marketing, events, and admin tasks
• Support the Finance Manager with reporting and coordination

You’ll Need:

• Degree in Finance, Business, or similar
• 2–3 years’ experience in an admin or support role
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• MS Office and CRM knowledge
• A customer-focused attitude with a sharp eye for detail
