• Conceptualise, film, and edit short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) aligned to brand objectives.
• Produce trend-based, engaging videos that increase reach and engagement on social platforms.
• Repurpose and edit video content for use across multiple channels (social media, websites, digital campaigns).
• Collaborate with the marketing team on creative ideas for campaigns, activations, and events.
• Capture behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, and in-dealership video content to bring brand stories to life.
• Stay up to date with TikTok and social media content trends to keep our brands relevant and innovative.
• Provide graphic design support for social media posts, event collateral, and digital assets (secondary to video work).
• Ensure visual and creative consistency across all brands within the Group.
• Assist in managing content calendars and scheduling posts.

Skills & Competencies

• Proven videography skills – confident shooting, editing, and producing professional short-form content.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar).
• Strong storytelling ability with an eye for pacing, flow, and audience engagement.
• Understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and algorithms.
• Basic graphic design ability (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) to support visual brand needs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple deadlines.
• Highly creative, adaptable, and able to work across multiple brand identities.
• Organised with strong time management and multitasking skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualification in Multimedia, Videography, or related field (Graphic Design background a plus).
• 2+ years’ experience in videography, content creation, or social media marketing (agency, automotive, or retail industry preferred).
• Experience in graphic design.

Remuneration
R12 000 – R14 000
