Sales Administrator/Office ManagerThe Sales Administrator will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, processing orders, and maintaining customer relationships to ensure smooth sales operations. The role focuses on client satisfaction, accurate order management, and efficient coordination between customers, sales staff, and warehouse teams, while upholding the companys vision and values.RequirementsMatric or equivalent qualification (administrative or business-related studies advantageous)Minimum 23 years experience in internal sales, sales administration, or a similar roleProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Teams & Outlook essential)Strong communication skills in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written)Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilitiesStrong work ethic with persistence, determination, and attention to detailAbility to work independently with minimal supervision while being a strong team playerAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlinesOpenness to feedback and constructive criticismReliable transport/commuteKey ResponsibilitiesOrder Processing:oProcess customer orders via email accurately and efficientlyoVerify order and invoice accuracy (discounts, product codes, batches, etc.)oCheck customer accounts, payment/credit status, or obtain management authorization.
