Key Responsibilities: * Keep the kitchen and front-of-house areas clean and well-maintained ? * Clear tables of glasses, plates, and other items ? * Serve platters from the kitchen to tables efficiently ? * Assist the wine lounge cook with plating, polishing glasses, and washing dishes ? * Collect and manage water bottles ? * Ensure bins are emptied before and after service ? * Keep kitchen fridges stocked and organised ? * Set up tables outside each morning ? * Polish spittoons and maintain presentation items * Ensure displays are fresh, clean, and visually appealing ? * Deliver excellent guest service and contribute to memorable experiences ? * Be knowledgeable about the estates products and offerings ? * Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a get it done attitude ?
