What Youll Do Oversee the full operation of the restaurant, ensuring five-star service and consistency at every touchpoint. Lead the team in delivering the Michelin-star chefs vision through seamless, structured service. Implement strong operational systems and SOPs that set the benchmark for luxury hospitality. Recruit; train, and inspire a high-performing team committed to delivering personal and world-class service. Curate unique moments of magic for guests, rooted in the estates identity of heritage, wine, and art. Partner with culinary and wine teams to create extraordinary food and wine experiences. Drive efficiency, manage budgets, and ensure financial performance. Guarantee compliance with health, safety, and five-star operational requirements. What Were Looking For Minimum 3 years experience in a five-star, luxury restaurant or hotel dining environment. Strong; structured management style with proven ability to implement and sustain systems. Exceptional leadership skills and a track record of building high-performance teams. In-depth knowledge of fine dining, wine pairing, and luxury guest engagement. Solid organisational and financial management abilities. Passion for creating extraordinary guest experiences that combine international excellence with local authenticity. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak seasons.
