Cape Town City Centre: WMS – Process Engineer

Responsibilities: Day-to-day administration of Oracle WMS user maintenance, location maintenance, level 1 support to DC operations, and troubleshooting of integration issues with ERP Interface between DC Operations and WMS System for issue logging and resolution with Oracle. Reporting and giving feedback to DC Operations on issues being tracked and analysing issue trends with the WMS Vendor Part of a team responsible for the design, configuration and implementation of new and re-engineering of existing WMS processes Testing and roll-out of proposed new functionalities in the WMS and managing quarterly upgrades of Oracle WMS. Requirements: Minimum 3 years relevant experience within DC operations Previous experience administering WMS Systems Previous experience or knowledge on WMS systems such as Oracle, Manhattan, Red Prairie, SAP, Highjump or similar Industrial Engineering, B.Com Logistics or similar degree preferred High level of proficiency with MS Office ERP/WMS System knowledge. Supply Chain and DC operational process knowledge.
