Job Description

Employer Description Our Client is a Professional Quantity Surveying Firm with offices in various provinces Job Description Reporting to the Director, in this role you will handle the following: Assist with tenders and procurement manage processes, evaluate bids, and negotiate with contractors and suppliers. Prepare BOQs, cost plans, estimates, and feasibility studies, as well as payment certificates and progress reports. Monitor costs, manage variations, and ensure projects remain within budget across multiple sites. Draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and project requirements, and finalize project accounts upon completion. Qualifications 5 plus years exp in a QS role A relevant QS qualification Registered with SACQSP Skills MS Office / WinQS required
