Fourways: Key Account Manager (Legal/Conveyancing)

Minimum requirements: Matric essential Relevant qualification in Public Relations or Marketing (advantageous) Minimum of 5 years experience in Marketing Proven client relationship management experience Proficient in MS Office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients and estate agents Keep clients informed of relevant legal and legislative changes Ensure all updated marketing material is prominently displayed in agents offices Host and facilitate client functions and internal events Provide regular progress reports to clients Record all client visits and event attendances on Outlook (link report / call sheet) Act as the liaison between the branch and clients Ensure compliance with website client reporting requirements Demonstrate sound industry knowledge (bonds, transfers, estate agencies) Manage projects and coordinate events from inception through to completion Consultant: Danielle Fortuin – Dante Personnel Johannesburg
