Key Responsibilities: Develop and calibrate credit risk models, including IFRS 9 and Basel-related frameworks. Conduct model validation, testing, and performance monitoring. Analyse and benchmark credit portfolios to identify key trends and opportunities. Collaborate with clients to design data-driven credit and collections strategies. Draft and deliver reports and presentations to senior stakeholders. Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the team. Job Experience and Skills Required: Bachelors Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Financial Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field. 35 years experience in credit risk modelling or financial services consulting. Hands-on experience with predictive modelling, model validation, and portfolio analytics. Knowledge of Basel, IFRS 9, and credit lifecycle management. Proficiency in SAS, R, Python, and Excel.
