Job Description

Minimum requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational and time-management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Professional telephone manner and customer service skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous secretarial or administrative experience (minimum 2 years preferred) Strong problem-solving skills and initiative Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities Ability to prepare sales quotations for clients Experience handling sales transactions and operating a point of sale (POS) machine Proficient in English, Afrikaans as well as Zulu ,Xhosa or a widely spoken African language.
