Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities: Operational Management Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets (restaurant, bar, room service, banqueting, etc.). Ensure high-quality guest service and satisfaction at all F&B points. Develop, implement, and monitor service standards, hygiene, and safety procedures. Manage and coordinate food and beverage inventory and supply orders. Conduct regular inspections of F&B areas to ensure standards are met. Staff Management Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate the F&B team (chefs, waiters, bartenders, etc.). Schedule shifts and manage labor costs effectively. Perform staff performance reviews and enforce discipline when necessary. Encourage teamwork, staff morale, and professional development. Financial Management Prepare and manage departmental budgets. Monitor food and beverage costs, implement cost controls, and ensure profitability. Manage billing, cash handling, and reconciliation processes. Analyze financial reports and identify areas for improvement. Guest Relations & Quality Assurance Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and promptly. Develop strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and return visits. Coordinate with chefs and event teams to plan menus and special events. Ensure consistent service delivery aligned with 5-star standards. Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and liquor licensing regulations. Implement and enforce occupational health and safety protocols. Maintain food safety standards in line with HACCP principles. Qualifications and Experience: Education: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury or 5-star establishment. Proven track record in managing multi-outlet F&B operations. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost control. Sound knowledge of food, wine, and beverage pairing. Computer literacy (MS Office, POS systems, stock management software). Personal Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Able to work under pressure and handle complaints diplomatically. Passionate about hospitality and service excellence.
