Responsibleforanalyzingfinancialdata,managingcosts,andprovidinginsightstoimproveprofitabilitywithinanorganization working closely with directors and management.KeyResponsibilitiesCostAnalysis:Gatherandanalyzefinancialdatatodeterminestandardcostsandinvestigatevariancesbetweenestimatedandactualcosts.BudgetManagement:Assistinpreparingoptimizedbudgetplansandmonitorexpenditurestoensureadherencetofinancialgoals.Reporting:Prepareperiodicreportscomparingstandardcoststoactualcostsandpresentfindingstomanagementfordecision-making.InventoryManagement:Monitorinventoryaccuracyandmanagethecostsassociatedwithgoodsmanufactured,includinglabor,materials,andoverheadcosts.Collaboration:Workcloselywithotheraccountantsandfinancialstafftoprovidesupportforbudgetingandfinancialplanninginitiatives.Compliance:Ensurecompliancewithaccountingstandardsandregulations,andmaintainaccuratecostaccountingsystems.RequiredSkillsandQualificationsEducationalBackground:Adegreeinaccounting,finance,orarelatedfieldisan advantage, and Relevantcertificationsmaybepreferred.Experience:Priorexperienceincostaccountingorasimilarfinancialroleisrequired,withastrongunderstandingofcostaccountingprinciples.TechnicalSkills:ProficiencyinaccountingsoftwareandERPsystems(e.g.,SAP)isbeneficial.StrongExcelskillsfordataanalysisandreporting.
