Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mechanical design and technical support for process and utility systems in industrial projects.
- Participate in the design, specification, selection, and commissioning of mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, piping, and rotating machinery.
- Conduct stress analysis, vibration analysis, and equipment performance evaluations.
- Prepare mechanical data sheets, equipment lists, and technical documentation.
- Support procurement, vendor evaluations, and FAT/SAT inspections.
- Oversee mechanical installation activities to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
- Work collaboratively with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in Oil & Gas or Power Generation projects.
- Knowledge of ASME, API, and ISO standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Plant 3D.
- Good understanding of mechanical systems design, P&IDs, and piping layouts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- ECSA candidate registration or professional registration advantageous.
