A beautiful wine estate in Simondium is looking for a Guest Liaison & Front of House Representative to join their dynamic hospitality team. About the Role Youll be the first point of contact for guests managing bookings, coordinating accommodation, and ensuring every stay runs smoothly from arrival to departure. Youll also support daily operations by maintaining essential guest and staff stock levels, ensuring the property is always prepared to deliver excellent service. Key Responsibilities Manage guest bookings and correspondence through RoomRaccoon and other systems. Handle enquiries, check-ins, and check-outs with professionalism and warmth. Coordinate guest requirements with restaurant, housekeeping, and kitchen teams. Maintain accurate guest profiles and assist with wedding accommodation logistics. Oversee and record stock for guest amenities and staff consumables. Liaise with suppliers, track inventory, and ensure timely orders. Collaborate closely with the hospitality team to uphold service excellence. What Were Looking For 2 Years experience in a similar role in Hospitality with an estate or similar Excellent communication and administrative skills. Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Fluent in English and Afrikaans . Professional, service-driven attitude with a calm presence under pressure. Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours. Reliable own transport to and from Simondium.
